It was reported that Microsoft will launch the 365 Office in June. Precisely on June 28 cloud-based Office services will be launched.
As quoted from Network World, Sunday (06/05/2011), Microsoft has sent invitations to the press to an event, which at the invitation reads "With Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer, as a speaker about Office 365, the latest Office service with connections cloud,"
For this service Microsoft will collaborate with colleagues and users for the service, which offers a cloud-based access to Exchange, SharePoint, Lync and Office, and the upgraded version of the Business Productivity Online Suite.
Office 365 beta version has been tested since last year. The service is expected by Microsoft as one of their flagship software.
Office 365 is package of software plus services offered by Microsoft. This product is a series of applications and products from Microsoft's servers.

- Office Professional Plus: Same with Office applications on the desktop, the difference is not the presence of features in Office Business Contact Manager 365.
Office Web Apps: This is the online version of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are accessed from a web browser which allows users to read and edit Office documents.
Strength Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and Office 2010, Office 365 is a promising solution for Windows-based business. Users have access to edit Office 2010 documents through the clouds, locally installed, Office 2010 Professional Plus Client, to $ 24 per user per month.
